Reliable candles, good service

I've ordered from Heart and Home a few times now, and they're always consistent. This time I got a couple of their Large Jar Soy Wax Candles, one in Floral Scented and another in Fresh Linen. They arrived well-packed, just like my previous orders. Delivery took about a week to my place in Ohio, which is pretty standard for international shipping. I keep coming back because their candles burn evenly and the scents are strong but not overwhelming. Good quality product every time.

Good candles, slow delivery

I ordered a couple of their Fruity Fragrance Candles and some Replacement Reeds. The candles themselves are good quality, and the scents are pleasant and last a while. The reeds were also fine. My main gripe was the delivery time; it took almost 10 days to get to me here in Florida. I know it's international, but other places seem a bit faster. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was a plus. The packaging was adequate, everything arrived intact. Good products, just plan for a longer wait.
